On A Personal Note

We meet ourselves time and time again in a thousand disguises, on the paths of life

Carl Jung

A Loving Message from My Heart to Yours

Miracles Are Possible

I believe with all my heart that miracles are possible, especially through the quiet, powerful work of my counselling and energy healing therapy.
While I cannot promise specific outcomes, I can offer this: when loving energy is received, it always brings benefit, often in ways that go beyond what the mind can understand. Healing doesn’t always look the way we expect, but it always moves in alignment with what your soul truly needs.

Energy work flows with the natural laws of the Universe, like the Law of Cause and Effect. Sometimes, life brings us pain or challenges not as punishment, but as sacred opportunities to grow, learn, and evolve.

While I cannot guarantee a “cure,” I can assure you that the energy I share is always guided by love and higher wisdom. It goes where it’s needed most, even if it’s not always visible on the surface.

My religion is kindness

The Five Pillars of Health

True wellbeing means more than just physical health.
We each have five types of health:

  • Physical
  • Sexual
  • Mental
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual

We also embody both divine masculine and divine feminine energies, and it’s in their balance that we find harmony and wholeness. Sadly, in today’s fast-paced world, this balance has become rare but it is absolutely attainable.

My Own Journey

For many years, I’ve been walking the path of healing, peeling back layers of old pain, letting go of ego, and raising my vibration.
This personal work has allowed me to become a clear channel for higher vibrating healing energies that move through and around me, not only to uplift my own consciousness, but to offer healing support to others.

This isn’t just a practice. It’s my calling.
My motive is simple: love, compassion, and service.

We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are

Anais Nin

You Are a Spiritual Being

No matter who you are—regardless of gender, nationality, orientation, belief system, or life circumstance, you are a spirit in human form, just like me.
From the moment you were created, you became eternal. There is no death, only transitions from one level of vibrational experience to another.

Life is a journey of remembering who we truly are, which is Love, Light and Eternal wisdom.

As Lao Tzu so wisely said,
“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

Every Experience Is a Lesson

Life teaches us in many ways, sometimes through joy, sometimes through suffering.
Even our most painful moments can carry seeds of blessing, if we are willing to look deeply and allow healing to unfold.

As Matt Kahn writes, “Whatever arises, love that.”
Every experience is an invitation to grow. Even those who hurt us can become our greatest teachers.

Everyone has beauty, but not everyone sees it

My Role: A Guide, A Mirror, A Channel

I am here to help those who receive my help to:

  • Release old energies, pain, or trauma patterns
  • Balance your inner masculine and feminine energies
  • Connect with your higher self and soul wisdom
  • Find meaning in your experiences
  • Step into a more peaceful, conscious, heart-led life

Through the loving energy I share and with therapies like spiritual counselling and psychotherapy, I support your healing on multiple levels: emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual.

“Our worst enemy is often our greatest teacher.”

Through forgiveness and understanding, we free ourselves from those who have hurt us. We heal from whatever has been brought to our attention by them, that which has been brought up from within us to be healed, that which was already there hidden from sight.

You Are Not Alone

Every person’s path is unique. Sometimes we just need a little support during a difficult time to help us shift, heal, and realign.

If you’re feeling lost, hurt, stuck, or simply ready to grow, I’m here.
Together, we can uncover the hidden gifts in your challenges and help you move forward with clarity, strength, and love.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

Some Loving Wisdom for Life

  1. Take gentle care of your mental health — it’s the foundation for everything else. Seek support when you need it, and make time for rest and reflection.

  2. Learn to love and accept yourself, exactly as you are. If self-love feels hard, reach out for help — you’re never alone on this journey.

  3. Nurture your spiritual wellbeing — connect with something greater than yourself through prayer, meditation, yoga, time in nature, healing practices, or acts of kindness. Look for the light in others, and let your own shine.

  4. Trust your intuition. Your gut feelings are your soul’s compass — they’re here to guide you, so listen closely to your higher-self.

  5. Avoid substances, distractions, and temptations that dull your spirit or pull you off your true path. Protect your energy.

  6. Care for your physical body — it’s your home in this lifetime. Move often, rest well, and treat it with love.

  7. Eat a nourishing, balanced diet that supports your mind, body, and soul.

  8. Spend time with animals, trees, the ocean, the mountains — let nature reset and recharge you. Help care for the Earth in return.

  9. Say no when you need to. Boundaries are a form of self-respect, and they protect your energy from being drained by takers.

  10. Don’t waste your precious time on negativity. Choose relationships and environments that uplift you.

  11. Have faith in yourself. You are capable of more than you think.

  12. Spend time with those you love, especially your parents or grandparents if you’re lucky enough to still have them. Time is a gift.

  13. Tell your friends and family you love them — often.

  14. Learn from your mistakes. They are here to teach you, not to shame you.

  15. Be your authentic self. Don’t follow the crowd — your uniqueness is your power.

  16. Speak your truth. Don’t be afraid to stand up for what matters to you.

  17. Stop worrying about what others think. What matters most is how you feel about yourself.

  18. Be confident. You belong here, just as you are.

  19. If something isn’t working, don’t be afraid to change course.

  20. Say yes to opportunities. Don’t let life pass you by.

  21. Travel when you can. Collect memories with those you love — they’ll mean more than things ever will.

  22. Be wise with your money. Save early, contribute to your future self, and aim to put aside 10% if you can.

  23. Before buying something, pause and ask: “Do I really need this? Can I afford it?” Mindful spending brings peace.

  24. Always pay your rent or mortgage first. A safe place to rest is the priority — other bills can wait if needed.

  25. Prioritise your spending. Essentials first; the rest can follow.
